- Customers must provide accurate details of the appliance issue.
- Booking timings are subject to technician availability.
3. Inspection & Service Charges
- A standard inspection charge may apply depending on the appliance and location.
- Inspection charges are non-refundable, even if you choose not to proceed with the repair.
- Final repair charges will be informed before starting the work.
4. Spare Parts
- If spare parts are required, customers will be informed of the cost in advance.
- Only genuine or best-quality compatible spare parts will be used.
- Spare parts come with warranty only if mentioned explicitly at the time of installation.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online transfer.
- Full payment must be made after service completion.
- Advance payments (if taken) are non-refundable.
6. Warranty on Service
- Warranty applies only to the service provided, not to new issues that arise later.
- Warranty is void if:
- The appliance is mishandled after repair
- A third party opens or repairs the appliance
- Electrical fluctuations damage the appliance
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Appointments can be rescheduled before technician arrival.
- If a technician has already reached the location, visit charges apply.
8. Liability Limitations
- ORO Services is not responsible for:
- Loss of data in appliances (e.g., washing machine PCB settings)
- Damage caused by pre-existing issues
- Electrical fluctuations or poor wiring
- Customer misuse or accidental damage
9. Service Coverage Area
We currently provide services mainly in Kolar, Karnataka (563101) and nearby locations.
10. Use of Website
- Users must not misuse or attempt to hack, spam, or harm the website.
- All content, images, and text on the website are the property of ORO Services.
11. Changes to Terms
