At ORO Services, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and affordable appliance repair services. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle refunds, service cancellations, and related matters. Please read carefully.


1. Refunds on Service Charges

  • Service charges are non-refundable once a technician has visited your location.
  • Refunds may be considered only in case of overpayment or if the service was not provided due to company fault.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via phone call, WhatsApp, or email within 7 days of the payment date.

2. Refunds on Spare Parts

  • If spare parts are provided but not used or installed, a refund may be processed upon return of the parts in their original packaging.
  • Refunds are not applicable for used or installed parts.
  • Any shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Service appointments can be rescheduled or canceled before the technician arrives at your location.
  • If a technician has already reached your location, visit charges will apply.
  • Advance payments for bookings are partially refundable depending on notice and company discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
  2. Provide your service booking details and reason for the refund.
  3. Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • ORO Services is not liable for damages caused by appliance misuse, electrical issues, or pre-existing faults.
  • Refunds do not cover consequential losses or inconvenience.
