1. Refunds on Service Charges
- Service charges are non-refundable once a technician has visited your location.
- Refunds may be considered only in case of overpayment or if the service was not provided due to company fault.
- Refund requests must be submitted via phone call, WhatsApp, or email within 7 days of the payment date.
2. Refunds on Spare Parts
- If spare parts are provided but not used or installed, a refund may be processed upon return of the parts in their original packaging.
- Refunds are not applicable for used or installed parts.
- Any shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Service appointments can be rescheduled or canceled before the technician arrives at your location.
- If a technician has already reached your location, visit charges will apply.
- Advance payments for bookings are partially refundable depending on notice and company discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- Provide your service booking details and reason for the refund.
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
5. Limitation of Liability
- ORO Services is not liable for damages caused by appliance misuse, electrical issues, or pre-existing faults.
- Refunds do not cover consequential losses or inconvenience.
